Reuben’s passion for building started early Following in his fathers footsteps as a carpenter, he began honing his craft straight from school.
Reubens focus isn’t just on building beautiful homes, it's creating lasting relationships with clients, ensuring every project is guided by trust, care and expertise.
When he is not on site, you’ll likely find him enjoying time with his family or riding his Lambrettas.
Carly is the co founder of Dowling Construction. Carly is responsible for the company finances and administration, making sure the business and every project runs smoothly behind the scenes.
A Bosham local, Carly attained her law degree before retraining in accountancy. Like Reuben, Carly is passionate about building great relationships with clients and maintaining impeccable attention to details in everything she does.
When Carly is not at her computer, she enjoys sunny dog walks and cooking new things for her family.
Darran joined Dowling construction in 2019 and quickly took the role as contracts manager. Darran has over 21 years experience in carpentry and the building industry. .
Bringing expertise and precision to every project, Darran takes great pride in working alongside a great team to build high end homes that stand the test of time.
Outside of work, Darran enjoys watching football, travelling and spending quality time with his family.
Steve has been with Dowling Construction since the company was founded and has been a carpenter for 12 years. He brings a wealth of expertise and craftmanship to every project.
Steve enjoys working on high spec projects and thrives on delivering a high standard of work together with the team.
At the weekends, you’ll find Steve on a golf course. Although more recently, he has been busy with his new and important role: becoming a dad.
Paul has been a carpenter for 22 years and has been part of the Dowling team since 2022. Paul enjoys the larger scale projects and ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and on time.
Paul keeps very busy at the weekends and has lots of hobbies including snowboarding, shooting and even has his level 2 kite surfing instructor qualifications.
